Research Summary

The Nabet lab is dedicated to targeting oncogenic signaling networks through control of protein homeostasis to advance new therapeutic strategies in cancer. We use multidisciplinary approaches including development of degradation-based technologies to discover, validate, and gain insights into clinically relevant targets. Through these efforts we work to deepen our biological understanding of the molecular circuits that drive cancer cell survival and growth as well as translate these insights into new therapeutic solutions for unmet medical needs.

As the son of Iranian immigrants, I was in a fortunate position to access top research centers and to train with outstanding mentors.
