Fred Hutch Employee Resource Communities (ERCs) are structured volunteer groups that collaboratively enhance the employee experience by:

Nurture
Nurture welcomes all Fred Hutch employees to create a supportive community where employees can share resources, navigate challenges, and find connection throughout journey of parenting or child-raising. We provide community support, information sharing and meaningful relationships that help everyone interested in this experience to thrive both personally and professionally while raising children in today’s complex world. PHOENIX (Promoting Health, Outreach and Empowerment for Neurodivergent Individuals and Excellence)
PHOENIX cultivates conversations that aim to dismantle stigmatizing myths and replace them with the cumulative wisdom of neurodivergent experiences. PHOENIX is a supportive community honoring and learning from individuals with Autism, AuDHD, ADHD, OCD, Trauma, Dyslexia, and other neurodynamic conditions. Together we strive to share our unique and varied experiences and personal learnings with each other and with the larger Fred Hutch community and to foster deeper understanding and awareness of both the prevalence and contributions of the differently-brained individuals who are integral to our scientific community.
