Our research focuses on [1] defining the signaling networks that control cardiac fibroblast phenotypes and hence ECM remodling and [2] identifying the coordinated interactions between myocytes, fibroblasts, and ECM that regulate cardiac plasticity, recovery, and vulnerability to disease.
