Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

The Feder lab aims to cultivate an inclusive culture in which all lab members get the support that they need to perform rigorous, exciting research, thrive as scientists and advance their career goals. Briefly, my mentorship philosophy recognizes three essential axes of lab members as 1) human beings, 2) creative, capable researchers, and 3) developing scientists who need support.
