I have mentored underrepresented minority students including summer undergraduates, graduate students and faculty. I participated in multiple training events at Fred Hutch and UW focused on unconscious bias and related topics. I served on the Fred Hutch Ethis Oversight committee for over 15 years and have led multiple ethics training discussion groups.
