Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
My goal as a mentor is to help trainees develop into the scientists and colleagues they wish to be. I work with each mentee to identify their needs in order to help them build up their skills, training, and vision in order to achieve their goals. In practice, my mentoring is dynamic and responsive in order to adapt to trainees’ changing needs as they progress through their research and as they evolve as scientists.
