Mentoring Statement

I am a member of the UW School of Medicine (SOM) DEI task force committee and I Chair the Department of Comparative Medicine DEI Committee. I believe a diverse and inclusive faculty, staff, and student body is essential for providing new perspectives, better solutions in the workplace, and making creative research discoveries.
