Mentoring Statement

I strongly believe in partnering with each trainee to succeed in their goals; this partnership works both ways, to identify and learn both from our strengths and weaknesses. Our lab is passionate about training, hosting other trainees from collaborating groups, undergraduates, and high-school summer research programs. It is through these different experiences that we have expanded our understanding of working with each trainee as individuals.
