Science is done by people. People are complicated and multifaceted. In our group, we seek to foster an inclusive environment by consciously celebrating and affirming the unique identities, talents and skills of each individual member. Our research is interdisciplinary, and so group members are welcome from a wide variety of technical backgrounds.
