Research Summary

I am interested in how cells use and control the mitotic spindle to carry out accurate chromosome segregation during mitosis, both globally and at the microtubule-kinetochore interface. I am also interested in how cells monitor and respond both passively and actively to erroneous kinetochore-microtubule attachments.
