Research Summary

I focus on investigating mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance in small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Specifically, am using CRISPR/Cas9 technology to interrogate how specific loss-of-function mutations drive in-vivo cisplatin/etoposide chemoresistance in SCLC patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models.
