Research Summary

Enrichment of T regulatory cells through IL-2 therapy has led to successful outcomes in standard lab mouse models of autoimmune disease, but has not translated to humans. My research focuses on using more realistic mouse models such as pet store mice to more accurately assess therapeutic manipulation of the IL-2/T regulatory cell axis.
