Research Summary

We are broadly interested in questions at the interface of statistical physics and biology, and we address them be developing theoretical models and statistical inference from molecular data. A current interest of our group is the adaptive immune system: We aim to understand the principles underlying the organization and encoding of information in the adaptive immune system, in light of host-pathogen coevolution.
